Serapath monitors meaningful physiological signals that reveal how your body is coping—and where it's beginning to drift out of balance. These include:
- Metabolic patterns, such as blood sugar stability and hormonal responses
- Stress adaptation, through cortisol rhythms and recovery trends
- Inflammatory load, including understanding markers like C-reactive protein (CRP)
- Nervous system resilience, measured through Heart Rate Variability (HRV)
