WHAT WE DO

Our mission is to empower you to take control of your health to help you understand how your mind and body uniquely respond to stress and chronic stress exposure. We assist you in discovering a personal pathway to wellness, where stress is no longer an obstacle but a challenge you’re ready to face. 

At Serapath Integrative, we work with you to uncover the skills, strengths, and wisdom you already possess. We help you counter the effects of chronic physiological stress by working on the five pillars of lifestyle medicine: nutrition, exercise, sleep, relaxation, and relationships.

Stress is an inevitable part of life, but it doesn’t have to control you. Together, we will work on a holistic approach to transforming your responses to stress so it doesn't become chronic. We aim to make life’s challenges into opportunities for growth, ensuring that life happens for you, not to you.

Dr. Vivek Narayan

MD, MA, MBA

I believe Health Education is the foundation of building autonomy in preventive health. With a diverse background in healthcare, technology, and clinical program development, my role is to educate clients on managing chronic stress, metabolic health, and lifestyle optimizations. 

Ask me about holistic approaches that integrate nutrition, exercise, and healthier habits; we become the best version of ourselves a little by little, every day.

Sarika Kishore

I am a certified Life Coach and a Functional Medicine Health Coach and have been practicing for the last 4 years. I have learned to reinvent myself several times and bring my curiosity and love for learning to my coaching sessions to help create awareness about the strengths and wisdom we have all acquired while living our lives. I am a dog parent, an amateur artist, a voracious reader, and I love dancing. 

Raising two sons helped me mature and taught me lessons in patience, endurance, and perseverance! So a career in Life Coaching was a natural progression.

Aelita Matosova

BS, MPH

I am an experienced healthcare professional with a lifelong passion for medicine and improving patient outcomes. I hold a Master's in Public Health from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor's in Medicine from International Medical University in Ukraine. When I'm not immersed in healthcare, I love diving into a good book, staying active at the gym, re-watching Marvel movies, and creating cherished memories with my family.

Halah M. Alayleh

BA, CCRP

I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Public Health at the University of San Francisco, focusing on community health and reducing chronic disease through personalized lifestyle redesign. I am also passionate about research and work as a clinical research analyst at UCSF. 

Outside of my work and studies, I enjoy making coffee for friends and family, reading, and hiking.

Tetiana Baranova

With over 7 years of experience in the creative industry, I have developed and executed marketing strategies for both Ukrainian and European brands. My expertise spans PR communications, social media management (from LinkedIn to TikTok), influencer collaborations, and overseeing production processes. 

I've worked with creative agencies across beauty, fashion, technology, and service industries, as well as with Tech sector companies and startups in the EU. My portfolio includes collaborations with renowned brands like Puma, Samsung, and McDonald's.

Dr. Imran Mujawar

I bring a unique blend of medical expertise, data science proficiency, and personal resilience to the team. With over 17 years of experience at the intersection of data science, health, and molecular epidemiology, I have led multiple impactful data-driven projects. Driven by my own journey managing an autoimmune condition, I'm committed to empowering others in their pursuit of personalized wellness and mastery over stress. 

Mila

Mila is our Chief Accountability Officer. She ensures we get 30 mins of moderate exercise every day as well as ensuring our circadian rhythm is in balance by encouraging us get our morning light exposure every morning.
